Welcome to therathistudio. By booking our services, accessing our website, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance through email, phone, or our official platforms.
A non-refundable advance (as communicated at the time of booking) is required to reserve your slot.
The balance payment must be completed either before or on the day of the shoot.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be done at least 48 hours before the original shoot time.
Failure to appear at the shoot without notice will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be issued.
3. Delivery Timeline
Edited photos/videos will be delivered within 7 to 21 working days after the shoot, depending on the nature and complexity of the project.
Delivery will be made digitally via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another preferred method.
RAW files will not be shared unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Usage Rights
therathistudio retains the right to use images and videos from any shoot for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
If a client wishes to keep their shoot private, it must be clearly stated and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their attire, appearance, and punctuality.
In case of outdoor shoots, clients should consider weather conditions and carry necessary items (umbrellas, water, etc.).
Any delays caused by the client may reduce the shooting time without affecting the agreed cost.
6. Studio Guidelines
Any damage to studio property caused by the client or their companions must be compensated in full.
Food and beverages may be restricted in certain studio areas—please follow staff instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality content, therathistudio is not liable for delays or errors caused by technical issues, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Amendments
therathistudio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted or communicated.
