At therathistudio, we strive to deliver the best possible experience and quality through our photoshoot services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before booking any of our services.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made to therathistudio are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Cancellation by the client

No-shows or late arrivals

Change of mind after booking

Dissatisfaction with creative preferences or outputs

Delay caused by client-side issues or uncooperative behavior during the shoot

2. Advance Payment

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be adjusted against your final bill but will not be refunded if you cancel or fail to attend.

3. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

Arrive on time and be prepared for the session

Communicate special requirements in advance

Understand the style and portfolio of therathistudio before booking

4. Postponements / Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we may allow one-time rescheduling of your session if:

Notice is given at least 48 hours in advance

A mutually convenient new date is available

This is a goodwill gesture and not guaranteed for all bookings.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and unavoidable cases such as:

Natural calamities

Legal restrictions (e.g. government-imposed lockdowns)

In such cases Refunds will credited back to the original payment method with in 5-7 business days.

We may consider rescheduling or issuing partial credit at our sole discretion. No cash or digital refund will be provided.

6. Refunds Not Applicable On:

Any service already rendered

Digital files (photos, videos) once shared

Edited/processed media

Booking slots blocked in advance
