• 60% Before The Main Event
• 10% On Delivery Of Video Data & Album

Terms & Conditions:

1. Without Advance Payment Booking Will Not Be Confirmed.
2. Payments Delay Is Not Acceptable, We Can Cancel Your Booking Any Time.
3. Fooding, Accommodation & Traveling Will Be Provided By Client.
4. Agra Travelling Is Included, But Out Of Agra Travelling Will Be Chargable Extra.
5. (In Case Of Other City One Room Is Compulsory At The Event Location.)
6. Advance Payment Is Non-Refundable Or Not Adjustable With Other Dates Under 45 days.
7. Photographer Will Not Be Responsible While Any Event Not Covered Because Of Less Camera Quantity That You Booked.
8. One Week Before Confirm Us All The Timings Of All Events & Family Members Details.
9. Camera Fault Happens During The Event, But We'll Try Best To Handle It Or We'll Refund That Events Amount.
10. Extra Programs Coverage Will Be Chargeable.
11. Any Kind Of Misbehave Will Not Be Acceptable.
12. Album Designing And Printing Takes Time Minimum 45-60 Days, Extra Sheets Will Be Chargeable @400 To 500 Per Sheets.
13. Photo Frames Are Chargeable Extra.
14. LED Frames Displayed On Event Day Will Not Be Delivered To Client (Only Inside Prints Will Be Returned).
15. Provide Your Favourite Songs List Prior, Otherwise We Will Provide Or Will Use Our Collection.
16. After The Selection Process Will Take Upto 60-90 Days To Provide You Longer Videos & Album.
17. After 90 Days Of Event Date, No Guarantee Of Data Loss, You Can't Blame Us - So Please Collect Data Soon.
18. All Raw Data Will Be Provided In Your Given Storage Devices After Full Payment. (90 Days )
19. If You Booked Album, Then Video & Album Will Be Provided Together.
20. Only One Time Video Correction, Extra Editing Of Videos & Reels Are Chargeable.
21. Short Function Cover 4-5 Hours Shoot, Full Day Cover 8-9 Hours, Midnight Covers 2am Last, Full Night Cover 7am last.
22. Welcome Shoot (Homecoming After The Vidaayi) Is Extra Chargeable 3000/- Per Camera/per Hour.
23. GST Is Not Included In The Quotation, 18% GST Will Be Charged On The Final Bill.
